Shipping Information
At Tenue De Surf, we’re committed to getting your surf gear to you as quickly as the waves come in. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your Tenue De Surf purchase. If you’re not, here’s our hassle-free return policy:
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Sale Items: Final sale – no returns or exchanges (except for manufacturing defects)
- Customized Products: Cannot be returned or exchanged
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Neoprene Accessories (wetsuits, gloves, booties)
- Hats and caps
- Underwear (bottoms)
Exceptions only apply in case of manufacturing defects or our error.
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
- Body: Product name, size, color, reason for return, and preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that items are in original condition with all tags
- Approval & Instructions: We’ll respond within 48 hours with:
- Approval confirmation
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Detailed shipping instructions
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package items including:
- Completed return form (included with your order)
- Copy of your invoice
- Visible RMA number on the package
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days and notify you of the status.
Refunds
- Method: Original payment method
- Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Return Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or defective item
- Amount Refunded: Purchase price of item (excluding original shipping costs)
Exchanges
- Subject to stock availability
- If desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or refund
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges if due to our error
International Returns
For customers outside the EU:
- Mark customs form as « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – PAS DE VALEUR COMMERCIALE »
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- International returns may take 3-4 weeks to reach us
